Hi, I’m Sarah – I’m a Humanistic Integrative Therapist.

My goal is to support you in your journey to consciously explore whatever you may be going through in your life, and work towards fully embodying your highest, most authentic you.

My approach

As a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, my approach to working with humans starts with knowing that you are the expert in your own world and that you have the capability to live a life that feels authentically aligned with your true values and beliefs. 

Our work together will use compassionate and conscious enquiry into your thoughts and feelings and can draw on a variety of theories and tools from different aspects of psychology, spirituality, and mindfulness, to support you in your journey to living in alignment with your highest, most authentic self. 

What does an aligned life look like?

Living in alignment means we are being congruent to the person we know we are in that moment, rather than the person we think we should be. As we go through life, our sense of self can be challenged, both positively and negatively, by the people and situations around us. These challenges can cause us to feel lost, depressed, stressed, or anxious.

Whatever challenges you may be facing, whether it be heartbreak, grief, dysfunctional relationships, work-related stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or anything that causes you to feel unlike yourself, counselling can provide a safe space to come back home to you.

While we may not always know the way or be completely free of these external challenges, by being curious about our thoughts and feelings we can begin to consciously create an aligned life that brings more happiness, freedom, and peace.


Ways we can work together

Creating a safe, relaxed, and confidential space for us to work together is one of the most important parts of the therapeutic journey. 

I offer face-face sessions in Bournemouth, Dorset in a cosy and calm space.

To make therapy accessible for everyone, I also hold sessions online using an end-to-end encrypted platform, where you can join from the comfort of your own home or another safe and familiar space.
